What Shipping Carrier Do You Use?
Our standard shipping is UPS Ground 3-5 day delivery. You may also choose UPS 2-Day Service or Next Day Air for an additional charge.
How Soon Will I Get My Order?
Due to our heavy involvement in emergency relief efforts in the Gulf Coast and the increased demand for emergency supplies, orders are taking approximately 2-4 weeks for shipment.
You will receive an email with a link to your tracking information upon shipment. Thank you for your patience.
How Do You Calculate Shipping Charges?
We ship via UPS which charges by the weight of the package. Please note that many of our emergency survival kits, emergency food and emergency water supplies are quite heavy. We do offer delivery services in some areas for large quantities. Please Contact Us to inquire about these services.
Return Policy
We accept returns, free of shipping charges, for product defects and malfunctions. Please notify us within 5 days if your order is damaged in any way and we will refund your payment in full.
All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping.
